date of registration block

Hi!! I have a problem withe the date of registration block, we are closed de third quarter an in
Financial Management\Setup\General Ledger Setup\allow posting from.... the value = 01/04/20122 (dd/mm/yyyy)
but NAV allows to post invoice with date 01/03/2011 (dd/mm/yyyy)
why not work?
Are there more sites to block the registration date?

If you are using usersetup table then check there also..
