Nav Service cant start automatically after server restarted

hi all
i have a question about nav service
whenever our server restarted, it should be nav service started automatically (I already set as automatic)
but it cant start.. so must manual start one by one
FYI I have 5 databases and i use the same port which is 7046
and then i also use net port sharing service

so.. any one have a clue?

Does your service has any dependencies ? You can check this under Dependencies tab on the service properties. Which account are you using to run these services ?

Chec the event log for errors why the service was not started...

You can also check the recovery options from the Recovery tab in the Service Properties.

In the option for "Subsequent failures" you can specify "Restart the service" to let windows keep on trying to start the service This is a bit risky though, but you can give it a try to wait and see whether the service starts after some time from the system boot.
