Prepayment 100% on PO

I setup a PO for 100% prepayment, PO amount is $5000. I posted a prepayment invoice for $5000. Now, when I try to generate a final invoice system is not reversing the prepayment amount (corresponding GL entries), instead creating another invoice for $5000. Looks like, it is a bug with 100% prepayment, because we don’t have any issue partial payments. Please advice
