Experts,

I am trying to install on new machine (its windows 7, 64-bit) and i get following error when i run the setup.
I have never come across anything like this in past, would really appreciate your feedback.

Unsupported 16-Bit Application
The program or feature "\??\C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Setup\setup.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

OK

Will look forward to hear from you,
Sam

Interesting is the path of the setup.exe. Move the setup somewhere not so "deeply" placed. Like into some folder in root dir.

The reason for the "weird" location of setup.exe is that it have already been installed. When you are installing NAV a copy of the setup.exe is installed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Setup". So for me it looks like you have been able to install NAV or you have upgraded the machine from a previous version of windows to (win 7 64 bit).
