Error on Importing Objects as txt file

I have forms that are being upgraded from lower version to higher version.
On importing the combined text file of the objects, the import start but it gets interrupted by
a message saying:
Microsoft Dynamics Nav classic has stopped working with the following details:
Check online for a solution and close the program
Close the program
Debug the program


On removing the particular Form from the combined txt file, the import continues, but again gets stuck with the same error
on some other form.

And are you sure, that you are importing txt file, which was created with older or same version as the client you are using to import? May be the form was exported from newer version and have properties/sections whcih are not supported in the used client...

I think if it would have something like this then the object should not be even run.

How many objects are in the text file you are importing?

Is it the very next object that fails the import? did the original object you removed import fine when by itself in a text file?

I assume you only have a .txt version of these objects and no .fob file? does a .fob version of that first object fail the same way?
