Display pictures on report

I added a picture in store card, in store table in picture column the picture save as '*' symbol how i can convert this symbol to picture so i can display in report

Use picture box to show in report and form.

Check existing report 205 how company information logo is shown..
also search the forum..

Use CalcFields(Picture) for display the image on report.


Example for Print Company logo on Report :-
