The purpose of a license is to include granules for local functionality, tailored for the country in question. Let me ask you this: "Why would you want to do this?"

Hi rhpnt,
The reason is because the client need to run all the three different databases from three different branches in 3 countries with a single W1 License.
Regards,
Chandru.

Your customer needs to buy a license for India, Thailand and China, to comply with legal regulations.
