please provide a screenshot..define Print layout disabled plz...
i can guess you've a line of code like this

if currreport.preview then

in your report, somewhere...this code disables some features of the report preview: print layout, save as(xls,pdf)...did i guess, or your problem is another?

I was asking for this. Some documents do not have layout option as in the attachments

I donot find any suitable answers.....
