Enter in Database without Password

First of all, excuse-me for my english, if you answer my question please use a basic english.
I have a Database with modifications. The problem is that i forget the password, I forget insert any password but the database have one.
I don't have any backup.
Do you Know if i can enter in this database?

You see special code. You must send this code to NSC (they will send this code to main Navision office).
KEEP NAVISION OPEN UNTIL YOU'LL RECEIVE ANSWER FROM "MAIN" Navision!!!
They'll send you special key to enter into Navision.
You must enter this key and create DB user/login or change password.
After closing Navision, all "special codes" will be expired.
If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.
