Unit Price (Sales) and abatement %

Dear all,

We have a customer in Cement Industry.They are working on NAV 2009 R2 IN Version, SQL Server 2008 R2.
They're using PIT Structure to calculates the Excise duty on the MRP Price considering 30% abatement.
But the Unit Price(Sales Line) is not affected by the abatement. Client wants Unit Price(Sales Line) should be less abatement amount per qty.

how to solve ?
