Classic Report Process in RTC Terminal Server is too slow

Dear all,

I am using NAV 2009 R2 Build 32074 with 3-tier architecture.
When run report without layout in RTC Terminal Server, it takes approximately 22 seconds to show the Request Form.
When run report without layout in RTC client computer, it takes approximately 3 seconds to show the Request Form.
How could this happen? Any suggestion to run report without layout in RTC Terminal Server less than 3 seconds?
Thanks.
Best regards,

Johanna

How much memory (RAM) have you setup on terminal services and how many people are logged in?

RTC is a 32bit application. So is the Classic client.

It does not make sense to have a terminal server with 24GB of ram.

Better is to have a virtual server with 4 or 5 hosts that have 10-15 NAV users on average.

I use Citrix at my customers to load balance this.

    Thanks Mark..
Would you explain me why you said that It does not make sense to have a terminal server with 24GB of ram?
If NAV is 32 bit application, how much maximum memory is used by NAV?
If run report RTC that has no layout takes long time, the cause is memory in terminal server, isn't it?
But, one year ago this issue is not happen, why this issue is happen nowadays? Any idea?
    Thank you..
    Best regards,
