Query in Job Queue NAV

Hi all,
I have created 2 obhects one is a codeunit and another is a report.I tried to configure all the necessary setups required for Job Queue and then finally I run the Job Queue Dispacher codeunit.When I run the codeunit sometimes the Earliest Start Dedate/Time is changed to next day even though the current time is not > Ending time.
If anyone knows the solution for this problem,Kindly let me know.
