Windows terminal users

Dear All,
I have hosted two Nav native databases on Windows Server, with port 50000 and 50001 respectively, and I have NAV five users license on each database.
Whenever there are more then three Remote connections on the server it gives error. It gives message like 'you dont have user'.
I will give you exact message later.
Can you tell me the issue exactly.

Standard you have 3 sessions, (2 normal and 1 console/admin).
So this is not a NAV issue, but a Winserver issue. Please direct any further questions to the correct community.
