Credit notes

When I am trying to print a credit memo from Navision within the database "NCS US DK" but I only get the first line on the credit memo on the print preview - even if the credit memo is for several lines. There is no problem in printing invoices, only credit notes. An example is 108309 but it happs to all multi-line credit notes

If we print a credit memo with several lines from the company Nordic Camp Supply all we ahve to do is go to the tab called Options and tick the box Collect Off - but this is not an option when using NCS US DK.

I need you to take a look at this as we of course have to be able to send credit memos to our customers.

Also when I try to print the credit memo from NCS US DK - I get this error message "The contents '0' of parameter no. 0 are invalid"
Hovever the document is printed on the printer - but as described above - only printing the first line.
