RTC Report : Changes in layout are not visible.

Hi,
I m have a strange issue with RTC Report.
Changes made in layout with VS2008 are not visible in RTC Client.
Closing the RTC doesn't change anything.
The only way i found was to restart the NAV server.. (Impossible, ...)
I m using the last build of NAV2009 R2.
Any suggestions ?
