Date is not Valid.

Hello Experts,
I have configured a new database for my present client.
When I login to the company in the database it provides me message "Date is not valid."
This error dosen't come up every time I login to the company, but occasionally.
I have tried to check whether the same message crops up on some other P.C. also and the result is the same.
I have tried to locate the source for the message using debugger but not fruitful result achieved.
Please can anyone explain the reason.

In General Ledger Setup,

Register Time should be "No".
