Dear,

I have some problems in my stock. Entries are posted with out UOM, Dimensions etc. To put correct dimension like brand, family etc, I am posting Phisical Invent Journal with Zero quanitity. I am netting off the existing stock to zero and Adding phiscal stock with Item journal with Postive adjustment to add the stock again.

This time my inventory would be with all dimensions.

Can anybody tell me the risk.

no risk. there wont be any link costing wise between the original entry and new entry.
You can also use reclass journal.
