How to setup a company - checklist (request)

I do have some general experience with Nav implementations and modifications on previous projects. But one thing I never had the opportunity to look at the setup of a new company.
I know there are things such as accountant periods, general/ledger setup, company info, chart of acounts, number series, journals etc ...
In the near past our company is planning to implement NAV 5 to one of the child-companies and the want me to perform as much of the setup as possible.
Therefor I am looking at some guidance (some white papers or instruction set) and a setup checklist

Does anyone have any knowledge of where I can find this documentation?
