Hi to all

I am getting the error below and felt like I have face a brick wall ](*,) when I ran standard reports in NAV RTC.

Error:
Metadata for object of type Table with ID 2000000080 is in failed state.
This is caused by a previous exception:

There are errors in text conversion because the text no.
1980-0 does not exist in the .stx file. Internal error: 47-1

Some of the standard reports I tried to run are listed below.

- Customer List
- Customer Top 10 List
- Vendor List
- Vendor Top 10 List

I am using English (Australia) language since we are in Australia.
Assistance on this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Looks like client version mismatch or badly installed classic client. Try to reinstall the classic and check that you are installing same version as your RTC.

Sometimes you can fix it by exporting the object in text format and then re-import the object.

You do need to make sure that is done with matching versions.

Thanks for the reply, however I checked the versions of NAV client and RTC and they are both the same version.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.

If I'm not wrong I had the same problem when I wrongly restore data, that comes from build 33137, on a older build.
    Is it a new db?

This is an existing Database. Installed and rolled out NAV classic about 2-3 years ago.
Currently working on the migration to Nav RTC. Transforming forms, reports etc from classic to RTC.
