We have a customer in the US that has an office in Mexico and they want NAV there.
We just finished their stateside implementation, but we don't have the know-how about the Mexican particulars (taxes, reporting needs, etc.) and are looking to get some help on that.
Can anyone give me a referral?

Microsoft has localization solutions. You can refer the Mexican localization help document. I mean to say that it would be simple as per my knowledge as because I have seen much complex tax structures in Asian contries
