Only 1st Page printed

Hi,
When trying to print out reports from NAV2009R2 Classic Client, I only get the 1st page printed, although I know there are multiple pages.
For example:
I print out the Customer Order Detail report, which has 3 pages in total.
- When I preview the report, I see the contents of the 3 pages.
- When I print the report to a printer I only get the 1st page printed.
This happens ONLY when I use the RICOH Aficio MP 2352, and when I use my backup printer from BROTHER, I get all the pages printed.
Just to test, I also tried to print something from Word, and Excel, and I didn't have any issue printing multiple pages using RICOH.
Did anybody experience in the past? And if so, how can this be fixed, so that RICOH printer can be used.
I'm thinking the method used to print from NAV is not the same as how other application prints paper...

I find the PCL 5e works better than the PCL 6 drivers with nav (at least for us)
install both printers, print to both and see if you get a printing difference?
