Connect Part in Role Tailor Client

Hi
need a small info concerning "connect" part in pages. We have observed that the connect page (ID 9175) has a control with source expression parameters. Then this control has "Microsoft.Dynamics.NAV.MicrosoftDynamicsOnlineConnectControl;PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" in its controladdin property.
And when any page within the range 9000 .. 9020 is run, the connect part opens microsoft dynamics page.
Can this controladdin property be changed??? for eg, for a particular client having 5 departments, can we specify different websites for these departments using this property?
