Nas unexpectedly stops after word automation

In a webform users can choose a custom made word template and then request to generate a word document based on the template, with some data from the Nav5 database. This works fine.
But if the user repeats this action, then during the 5th repeat proces stops, there comes no reply in the users browser, and the nas service stops unexpectedly.
I can see that in that case the word automation part in the proces has already succesfully ended. The proces just stops at a send command to a message queue. Usually there is no error message in the event log. Only one time I got an error message:
Error in Send. This message is for C/AL programmers:
An exception was raised in method Send. The OLE control or Automation server has returned error (HRESULT) -2147352567.
The component did not provide the exception description.
If I run the proces form the webform as an empty frame without the word automation part, then there is no problem. (But if I run the word automation part from within the database, there is also no problem).
I have no clue where to look for a solution. If anyone has a suggestion.
