Upgrade to 2009 or code the changes your self.

I would have thought that the Indian 4.00 market was big enough for someone to provide a third party service to do this. Then sell to the other partners.

It's clear that there is no regulatory updates(https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersourc ... India11_en) are available for NAV 4.0 In version.
    code the changes your self.

    - It's not a better option, I think.

Modifying IN localization can be nightmare
Moreover there are lot of technical changes in NAV 5 SP1 and 2009.

There are two option to get the same feature & functionality from NAV 4.0 SP3 IN version
    1. Version upgrade
    2. Code Change / Object Merge

Option 2 can be difficult but not impossible

    Thnx !!
