Incrementing time by an hour of a datetime variable

I want to increment time by an hour in datetime variable.
how can i do this???

I haven't done that much with datetime but when a user enters a datetime I'd like to give a default value of the nearest hour.

So if it's 13:43:09 in the datetime field the default value should be 14:00:00 and the user can push the tab key. Is there a trick for this?

I was thinking about the function ROUND or MOD?
