XMLPort permissions in RTC

I'm having some permission problems when running an XMLport in RTC.
When defining the table permission in the XMLPort it gives the following error:
'The server is either unavailable or your connection has been lost. Do you want to reconnect?'

When I remove the table permissions, the XML Port runs but cannot complete due to the table permission error.

Any ideas?
