NAS issue

sbillysbilly Member Posts: 231
I just installed 2 NAS, each NAS with a database, with defferent windows login, and the 2 databases are in the same SQL server instance.
Everything is OK, but when I start them at the same time I have this message in the event viewer :

Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously.

Wait until another user has stopped using the program.

Contact your system administrator if you want to allow more simultaneous users on your system.
I didn't understand what's the problem.

I tried the same thing with 2 demonstration database, and everything is allright.
Thanks

Probably your license only allows 1 NAS and your license is on server level. This means you can have only 1 NAS running on any DB on the server (except if you have a DB with a license that is saved into the DB itself (your license needs a granule for that).

Yes it has!! I'll integrate the licence on each DB.
Tell me please if I can use one NAS for 2 company in the same DB??

Depends on your license. If your license allows more NAS's than you can otherwise not.
