"Scrap" Bin Removal and "Scrap" Location Addition

Hello Experts,

We have bin applied in our system, we have just one location. We have "Scrap" as bin. Now we want to remove it(Scrap bin) and add new location("SCRAP") which is use to store scrap only. We have QC customization, in QC if we reject inventory it is goes in scrap bin as of now but we want it will go in Scrap Location.

- What procedure i have to follow ???
- What are the effects on inventory & cost ???

Transfer inventory from scrap bin to the new scrap location (Item Reclass. Journal).

If done corectly - none. Check value entries after one item test drive.
The empty scrap bin cannot be deleted - block it.
