Menu Suite is not showing

Scenario ::
I created a new menu suite in Cronus std. database, (Menu Suite name :: Add On 1), then I added 7 new Menu in this Menu Suite, now I restart the NAV and see Only First 3 Menu are showing.
Can somebody tell me where are my else Menu and why it’s not showing all Menu?

Actually I created 7 Menu but I Created Items (Form,Report,Dataport) in First 3, so NAV is showing only those Menu who has some items(Form,Report,Dataport) not EMPTY Menu.
