Phys. inventory list report doesn't show serial/lot numbers

Hi All,

In "Phys. inventory journal" from the "default" batch > function button when we select "calculate inventory" it populates all the available inventory in the batch, and when we print "Phys. inventory list" report with "Show serial/lot No" option ticked it views the serial and lot numbers in the report.

but instead of default batch if we created a new batch in "Phys. inventory journal" it calculates inventory but in "Phys. inventory list" report it won't show serial or lot numbers.

can anyone tell me what could be the reason? #-o

Which version of navision are you using ? and if possible please attach two outputs.

hi thanks for the reply, my navision version is Classic 2009 sp1. i cannot attach the report because the file format is not supported in mibuso, for the jpeg its too big.
