Physical Inventory journal

Hi All,

Can anyone explain why in physical inventory journal "Calculate inventory" is run some items inventory quantities vary from the actual inventory quantity also when i create a new batch and count inventory and generate report lot/Serial numbers does not show.

Do you use multiple locations? When you run the "Calc Inv" are you setting any filters?

When i go to Physical Inventory journal click functions "Calculate inventory" for single or multiple locations it does not calculate and display the inventory.

Please help
