AX 2012 Workflow - How to setup Hierarchy

Hi,
Please can someone help me on how to setup hierarchy? I have created a Purchase requisition workflow using hierarchy . When i submit my hierarchy the system gives me an error message: " A currency to convert to is required to retrieve exchage rate information". However I am using the same excahnge rate from beginning to end so where can i check? Thanks
