Application doesn't work on one machine

when I connect to navision with a login and password of the user in his machine application does not work: it displays the following message:
"apply has been successfully although no entries was applaied"
when I connect to navision with same login and password in another machine, the application is done successfully.
I do not understand what's the problem?

    Try deleting the fin.zup file on the pc where it is not working and try logging again!!
