Adding Freight Charges on Transfer Orders

We are using NAV 5.0-US, is there an easy way to add Freight Charges to a Transfer Order similar to the other documents (Sales / Purch)?

From what I understand though, is that this will work provided we have a specific Invoice for Freight Charges that can be applied to a TO, however, if we just wanted to ask for example $0.12 per pound per item, and had not specific freight invioce, how would this work?
