Suggest VIES Lines Localization Error?

Hi,
I have a problem with suggest Lines function on vies declaration page. When RTC is in English everything works fine but when switched to polish running report in that action gives an error object ID was not found. In both languages it works fine in classic. I cant force my VS to work correctly in debugging despite of doing everything like in ms tutorials few times. Can anybody help with that error?
