I have some finished work orders that when looking at the statistics, I notice that the Capacity Expected Cost is different than the Capacity Actual cost.
I can't think of what would cause this to happen. :?
Could you please describe some scenarios that could cause this.
The work order has been fully output and completed.
There are no subcontract steps on the routing lines, so there are no differences in expected cost there.
I know that expected sub-contract costs can change the capacity actual cost from the capacity expected cost.
In this finished work order, there was no Sub-K routing lines, and the expected cost ended up slightly lower than the Actual cost.
Using Standard Costing Method.
Flushing method on routers is 'backward'.
Appreciate any feedback.
