Need self study material

Hi,
I am looking for some study material, that I can use for learning the basics of Navision. Theres no particular area that I will be using more than the others. At a later point it will be relevant for me to turn to a more advanced use of Navision and in the end make smaller adjustment in the code.
It is important that the material is in English or american. I hope you can help me.
