Connect business relation with existing customer

Hi everybody,
does anybody know if it is possible in AX2009 to connect an existing business relation from CRM with an existing customer account ?

I know the regular way to create a new customer account from a business relation but there are some cases in our system where this has been done independently and I am currently looking for a way to fix without creating new customer accounts.
