How to add label on a page?

Does anyone know how to add labels on a page?

I have a created a page,but there are some Headings or some labels you may say that I have to add for e.g " This page is for Creating an Item".
I tried to put it as a group but it looks as a drop down.

It is not Possible to add Lables like in forms and change the font in pages..

You can try by adding fixed layouts..

It might also be fruitful to look at the property InstructionalTextML on the page, depending on what you want to do. Page 342 uses this property.
