rdlc report - some elements not printed

Weird thing - when I run rdlc report in preview mode, I can see the report correctly. When I send it to printer, some elements are not printed. One of the missing elements just =ReportItems!COMPANYNAME.Value, it is located in the middle of PageHeader section. Other elements in this section are printed correctly both on the preview and on the hard copy.
Also, the same happens when I am saving the report to pdf. Some elements are missing on pdf file. I cannot understand why I can see them in preview mode...

Hint: check where did you place your hidden controls in Body..0 -

this is because you have hidden entire table row
