Rounding In Prepayment Invoice

I have made Invoice Rounding in Sales Setup. If i am posting a Pre-payment invoice of Rs 100.25 and the Rounding is on, then also Prepayment posts by 100.25??Why??
What can i do to let it post by 100??

I think It depends upon Inv. Rounding Type (LCY) in GL Setup..
