Workflow validation Error

hi,
If I try to validate Dynamics Ax 2009 workflow web service from Ax, I receive the below error.
"The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found."
I changed Enable 32 bit property as TRUE in IIS 6 Application pool.
Its not working again.
Anything I ve to check in IIS 6?
