how to run disposal entry for fixed asset

sorry guys but I somehow forgot how I used to dispose off an Asset. I know it has to be done through FA G/L Journal but should i include G/L account as balance? If so than which account should i include?

the balance account should be the one for the proceeds out of the disposal. If the revenue is 0, so be it
