INstalling Nav 5.0 on Win 7

Hi,
I'm trying to install the demo version/and local client on pc locally - and I'm getting the following error
Error 1935. An error occurred during the Installation of assembly componant {9BAE13A2-E7AF-D6C3-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}.
HRESULT:0x800736cc.
its for microsoft dynamicis nav 5.0 sp1 cside client install
Would welcome some help!
