NAV2009 BN-target machine actively refuse it 127.0.0.1:10599

Dear All,

I have installed NAV 2009 SP1 BN successfully and I can connect to the server, But when I try to create a new template, I got the following error:
"An error occured while trying to connect to Navision. Please make sure that your Navision Client is running, Error Detail :- No Connection could be made because the target machine actively refuse it 127.0.0.1 :10599"

My environment :
Windows Server 2003
SQL Notification services 2005 SP3

Is navision client open on your PC?
Navision should be open while setting up BN..

Thanks a lot mohana for your reply.

the NAV Database is on another server and the BN is in a separated one.

I opened NAV and try to press new, it gives the same error.

Which option you selected in connect to SQl Server step of installation process?
Make sure that both Classic and BN versions are same..

I selected "Another Server".

I'm trying to connect within the same server
