Why This msg is coming when i trying to calculate plan from Order Planning Form??

Have you tried reading the help on how the planning is calculated?
As far as I can see, (which is only your error message) every item is available on every location on time for the gross requirement within boundries setup on item and other levels.

May be you have Inventory for all Items and No need to Plan Items to Purchase or Produce..
