Problems with registration of Navision Mail .NET ver 4.0

I have a problem with registration of Microsoft Navision Mail (CU400 SMTP Mail)
It has been in use for years without problems. But then the server was updated with .NET version 4.0.
After that the "Could not create an Instance...Check that the Ole Control is registered" error pops up.
I have deleted old registration and have registered again using regasm v4.0.
No cure.

Previously the server had .NET ver 2. installed.
The server is a Citrix server.

Anybody know if there is a problem with .NET4.0 and mail server?

    As far as I know, NAV can only work with .NET 3.5, and the only way it could use .NET 4.0 would be through a .NET 3.5 object which has a reference to a .NET 4.0.

    Maybe, but that's only a "maybe" - try to reinstall .NET 3.5 after .NET 4.0 is installed, and see if that helps. Also, try to re-register this component with regasm of .NET 3.5.
