I wanted ask you if there is a way in Navision to reset the Outlook Citrix account. I explain : sometimes we must reset some Outlook accounts on the Citrix server because they takes too long to generating e-mails, users have to wait between 2 or 3 minutes before they can send their mails.
The only solution I find for the moment is to delete the config file about the Outlook account of the user on the Citrix server. After that I have to run Outlook on the workstation user with Citrix and it works... but just for a while.
So I think to doing something that resets all Outlook accounts on the Citrix server every weeks and when each user will try to log in, a function will test if the config file exist, if not, the function will start Outlook in the background in order to create the user's config file on Citrix server.
