Accounts recievable and payable open balanse report in Excel

I am a new user and I have got a report on open balence Accounts recievable and accounts Payable. I would like to have that in Excel.
The only way I see is export the name and adresses to excel. Than the individual accounts sheets to excel and then combine them.
Is there an easy way doing this?
