What is the process of transfer of quantity from one BIN to another BIN ?? And to do this which form i have to use??

how is your location setup?
If's directed pick and putaway, you would use Warehouse journal. Make a positive and negative entry.
If it's not directed pick and putaway, you use reclass journal and specify the bin and new bin code.0 -
